In 2013, Jennifer Lauren earned her low-residency Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University. She has also completed a copy editing certification course from Writer’s Digest University. In addition to editing, she writes young adult fiction and personal essays. She reads most genres, except erotica and horror. She lives in New Hampshire with her husband (who, like Elf, thinks sugar is a food group), daughters, and rescue cat (who thinks he is a fuzzy child).
